Mrs. Kay Watson's 2nd Grade Class was awarded

"Reading Model Classroom"

from Renaissance Learning Inc.
for the 2007-2008 school year.

This Certification shows that Mrs. Watson has adopted the best classroom practices for her students resulting in measurable improvements in their reading performance.

Students must maintain 85% average correct on A.R. tests and they celebrate together as they reach their reading goals.  Each student works at the level that promotes the most growth for them.
