1 Thessalonians 5:11 tells us to “encourage one another and build one another up…” We are aware of the awesome accomplishments of our students here at FBS, but don’t always hear about what our students are accomplishing in their lives away from school. We have dedicated a section of our school website to acknowledge the special accomplishments of our students. Jamie White a 6th grader at
First Baptist School participated in Leadership Training for Christ in
Dallas, Texas during the Easter weekend. She brought home four gold
medals in Puppets, Drama, Bible School Teaching, and Scrap Booking, and
a silver with her Chorus Group. Jamie attends KingsCrossing Church of
Christ and was recently baptized on her 12th birthday which was January
19, 2008. Craig and Renee White are the proud parents of this new warrior for Christ. |
